In this desert-like economic landscape one can occasionally witness a cactus flower in full blossom.
I'm talking about a party, a branded event done with care for all stakeholders. On friday, Nikon celebrated 3 years on the Romanian market with a trip to the circus and all the needed hustle and bustel:
* Taffy apples - in both dark and yellow tanned chocolate
* Gingerbread - with icing spelling out the Nikon brand
* Huge lollipops - in Nikon colors
* Popcorn - in Nikon branded bags
* Ballons and hanging banners
They may have paid a few bucks for the arrangements but what they got was a nicely branded event where everybody was pleasantly compelled to share the brand.
Including yours truly, especially because I had won the invitation on Facebook after I completed the current brand theme "I am ______ - I am Nikon" with "I am focused - I am Nikon". :)
All in all, a well prepared and executed event by the team who managed to grab about 60% of the Romanian DSLR market in H1 2010.
