Some people get ideas while cleaing dishes (Agatha Christie did), others while shaving in the morning. :)

Here's one of my recent "shaving thoughts":

Think of franchising as one thinks of making a gingerbread army. You'll alwys get many items looking very similar, but some points remain where gingerbread soldiers will stand out from the pack. Plus, in order to build your army, one needs to have a nice & solid gingerbread baking form.

PS: I'll keep shaving, maybe I'll struck gold some day :)
