Treasure Hunt

Michael J. Silverstein's article "Treasure Hunt" (based on his latest book) mentions "Love actually"(2003), one of the movies I have as back-up for the moments when cable guys cuts me off for forgetting to pay the bill. But apart from mentioning this light movie, he also makes truly valid points about consumers' trade-offs. Enjoy :)
