we are all "copycats"

I guess there are not enough words in one's language...
I can't use "journey" to build nice slogan because it's
a J-Walker word...

I can't use the Romanian word for "dream" in a mission
statetment or talk about the future because it's Connex
(Romanian Telco)...
What words can I use???

:)

Think about composers: they only have C D E F G A H C. That's it!
Bach, Beethoven, Mozart used the same 8 "letters" to write about
love, hate, nature, humans, animals etc.

Hey, it's about building a nice message for consumers
not about avoiding special words because they are
already in use!

I guess it's official... :)

‘Marketing is the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements profitably.’ (Definition of the Chartered Institute of Marketing)

Ana's view

Last night I have tried to convince one of my friends that
branding does not go hand in hand with brain washing.

I was not able to convice her...

There are 3 types of people:
"dumb consumers" - they buy brands without caring why
"cool consumers" - they buy stuff because it's branded
"marketers" - :)

I'm planning to review this list soon. It would sure be nice to figure out what branding means to consumers. If it means something...

great site

I'm impressed with the work on Fulga.
Those guys at brandient did a
fabulous job!
They've designed a brand for every milk drinker in this country and
managed not to make it to general - it's clear and simple.

Straight to one's heart!

The big C

C for Content and Consumer.

"Your own photos, your own movies.
Create your own sandwich, coffee or financial package."
Marketers learn how to target individual consumers.

Maybe tomorrow I'll buy my own special "Tide" washing powder!!!

Hello

My communication belief is:
Simple – Clear – Reach for their hearts. This is why I like Randall Chapman's definition of marketing: ”Marketing means solving customers’ problems profitably”. Marketing is neither pure science nor magic. I think it is the way businesses make money and people buy solutions to their problems.

Welcome,
I am brandly yours!
