Inspiration Power

During our stay in Ottawa, we were asked to come up with an equation to define inspiration.
Our group came up with the following components which generate the power to inspire: trust, vision, charisma, resistance.

Without trust, one cannot inspire

Without vision, one's power to inspire is useless

Without charisma, one has an uphill battle against resistance

Without resistance (to change), one's powers grow stronger




We devised the formula in such a way that your I.P. is only getting to zero when you have no "trust" as assets.
We basically thought that vision and charisma are both important but not necessary in order for one's I.P. to exist.
