The end of green inspiration?

I have learned from KIT's blog that Connex, my favourite Romanian brand, is going to change its logo and ID soon.

Now a new ID is ready and approaching rollout time and Connex will soon have a different look.

For KIT, Connex is a friend. I think of Connex as more than a friend. It used to be a mentor. I'm not speaking about persons but about the brand. Its "Dare!" campaign is one of the most inspiring branding campaigns done in Romania.


I look forward to seeing Connex's new ID and I hope that this brand will again find the power to please its consumers on a daily basis. The future sounds good. :)

Selling the Wheel

Selling the Wheel is perhaps the best story about marketing and sales I have ever read.

It's well written and entertaining and has had a big impact on the way I see the business of marketing. One can read about how Max discovers the wheel, how he works with a closer, a wizard, a builder and a captain (all of them are types of sales people) and how he becomes a rich man while surviving the shake-up of his product's market. I am sure anyone can enjoy this book and improve his/her work! :-) I'm not trying to sell this book. I have read it in British Council's library, and so could anyone else.
